POSITION: General Labour
Job Description:
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Pack, unpack, sort, label and organize goods
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weight (up to 50lbs. frequently & greater than 100lbs occasionally – position with a dolly); continuously throughout the day
- Walk & stand for extended periods of time on various surfaces
- Reaching including over head bend climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
- Pick orders accurately & in a timely manner
- Keep warehouse in neat orderly condition at all times
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
